I struggle, too.

If you feel like you’re alone in the weight loss struggle - trust me, you’re not.

With a considerable amount of effort after my first and second baby, I finally figured it out and the weight finally came off...

But after my third baby (born May 2020), I lost a lot initially, and then I kind of… stopped?

Now, don’t get me wrong. I said it stopped, not that it plateaued. If my weight was truly plateauing, then I’d be reporting back to you telling you I was weighing and measuring my food, and there have been no changes in the scale, tape measure, or pictures for a good 3-4 weeks.

The truth is… I haven’t been measuring and weighing everything 🤯

✨ I’ve been enjoying summer.

✨ I’ve been moving my body most days.

✨ I haven’t been meditating as much as I’d like to.

✨ I’d love to tell you that I’m always using mindfulness to eat the foods I love, but sometimes I eat past fullness. Sometimes, I eat more and don’t always savor the moment.

And, you know what? I know that in the next moment, day, or week, I can pull out my tools and use them, and finish losing the weight.

That’s what I’m sharing on the podcast this week! My framework to get right back into it, how to commit to the process, and approach weight loss with a curiosity of seeing what happens when I put my 4Ms principles to work.
