Hope you had a great 4th of July weekend if you’re stateside - I know ours was packed with delicious food, outside bouncy houses with all the water balloons, and lots of family time. ❤️
While Holiday weekends can feel like indulgences, or like “you went off your plan,” I’m here to remind you that it’s ok - even if you feel like those things happened. It’s all about being gentle and kind to yourself while being honest with yourself, and asking, “what do I need in this next moment?”
And, then planning your day to do the things that make you feel good. Maybe that’s tracking your macros, maybe it’s eating more veggies today, maybe it’s drinking some water and moving your body. It’s all a practice of self-love.
