Here is my favorite smoothie recipe:
Acai Berry Puree (these are the kind I use)
Frozen strawberries (50 grams)
Frozen blueberries (50 grams)
Frozen raspberries (50 grams)
Banana (fresh or frozen cut in chunks)
Almond Milk or Water (1-2 c to 1 cup depending on the thickness you like)!
1 scoop protein powder
Blend all together!
